Fr. Michael T. O'Brien
Executive Director and President

Fr. Michael T. O’Brien is a diocesan priest in the diocese of St. Petersburg, Florida.  As a native of St. Petersburg, he was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 1979 and as has served in a variety of capacities. Currently he is the pastor of St. Justin Martyr and the Dean of the Southwest Deanery. He has earned a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Divinity from St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach, Florida and a Masters of Science in Church Management from Villanova University. He founded the Institute in 2011 because of his love of the Church and desire to seek solutions for the pastoral needs that he discovered over his 35 years of experience as a priest and pastor.
